We like to share our cocktail of the month and a recipe of one of our signature dishes with you. The cocktail matches perfectly with our signature dish ‘goat cheese ravioli’.
Cocktail of the month ‘Forbidden Love’
Ingredients: 50ml Grey Goose Vodka La Poire, 15ml Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur, 10ml homemade verveine/Szechuan syrup (fresh verveine tea, Szechuan buttons, sugar), 10ml fresh lime, (elderflower) tonic.
Add all ingredients to your cocktail glass, add crunched ice, stir and top it off with (elderflower) tonic, garnish with an apple blossom or violet et voila! Enjoy!
Signature 5&33 dish ‘Goat Cheese Ravioli’
Ingredients pasta dough: 1000gr flour ”00”, 250gr egg yolks.
Other ingredients: goat cheese (room temperature), vegetable stock, butter, aubergine, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, basil, salt.
Take the crust of the goat cheese, wisk it until smooth. Prepare the 2 leaves of pasta, stuff it with the goat cheese, shape it into ravioli of app. 10cm. Add to boiling water, cook for 2 minutes.
Sauce: Reduce a bit of vegetable stock with a spoon of butter, add 6 pieces of deep fried aubergine, 4 sun dried tomatoes, some roasted pine nuts.
Serve ravioli on a plate, add sauce and top it of with some roughly chopped basil & salt.
